We’ve enjoyed the incredible amenities, playing tennis and pickle ball, swimming at the many indoor and outdoor pools, and enjoying the private beach access. Check-in is from 3PM to Flexible. Check-out is by 10AM.

What is the cancellation policy?
Full Refund for Cancellations Made 45 Days Before Check-In: The Renter will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made 45 days or more before the check-in date.<br /> <br /> Partial Refund for Cancellations Made 30-45 Days Before Check-In: If the cancellation is made between 30 days and 45 days before the check-in date, the Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total rental fee.<br /> <br /> No Refund for Cancellations Made Less Than 30 Days Before Check-In: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for any refund.
